Form III visits Avanté

December 21, 2019 | Media

Just after taking their last exam and participating in the closing mass and ring ceremony, Form III went to share their gratitude with the residents of Avanté, a nursing and rehabilitation facility in Irving. To the great delight of the residents, they caroled, visited and delivered Christmas cards they had made earlier in Form Master period. As a special treat, they visited Fr. Bede Lackner, a Cistercian monk recovering there after a recent stroke. Fr. John was present to bring Fr. Bede the Holy Eucharist, and after praying together the group sang a few carols for him. Merry Christmas!
