Coffee House brought the Christmas spirit to life as high school students took the stage to perform for their classmates and guests. With cozy Christmas pajamas, steaming hot chocolate (a few burnt tongues included), and plenty of talent, the evening was a wonderful celebration of music, laughter, and holiday cheer. Thank you to all the performers for making it a night to remember!
“Basilicakes” projects

In middle school, our students begin their language journey with Latin. By high school, they study either Spanish or French. To connect their language studies with theology, freshmen select a basilica from a Spanish or French-speaking country and create an artistic representation of it.
Form VII Retreat

Every Wednesday, students at Cistercian sign up to showcase their musical talents during Bach’s Lunch—a lunchtime performance series hosted in Founders Hall. This semester, we’ve enjoyed a variety of performances from piano and violin solos to vocal ensembles; it’s a great way to enjoy the middle of the week, music, and lunch together!
Form III Field Study

Form III had the privilege of touring the Dallas Holocaust Museum. The boys demonstrated exceptional respect, curiosity, and thoughtfulness, readily answering docent questions and asking meaningful ones of their own.
Oliver!

Oliver Jr. opened to a SOLDOUT audience. Our cast of 26 middle school boys dazzled the crowd in multiple song and dance numbers. This is our biggest production in quite some time.
Retreats

Some of life’s best lessons are learned outside of the classroom. Form III and Form VI enjoyed their retreats off campus! Students took a break from their usual schedules to reflect, connect, and just be boys. The day was filled with games, artistic exploration, thoughtful discussions, and Mass—a meaningful time for growth and formation.
