Mental Wellness Club

March 5, 2021 | Media

Today was the inaugural meeting of the Mental Wellness Club. Our first speaker was Dr. Alice Holland, wife of alumnus Brian Holland ‘04. She is a distinguished Pediatric Neuropsychologist who works with children and teens to address mental health concerns. Dr. Holland works at Children’s Medical Center Dallas, is an Associate Professor at UT Southwestern and was the 2019 President of the Texas Psychological Association, all while running a private practice. This meeting was such a success that the students stayed and asked questions even after the dismissal bell. Thank you, Dr. Holland!

Clean Water Supplies

Students in Forms VI and VII packed clean water supplies, including water bottles and iodine tablets, along with hygiene products such as soap and hand sanitizer, to be sent to communities around the world where access to clean water is limited.
